"No elevator. Overall cute boutique hotel, but missing some amenities and small details. No face towels, tiny TV and small uncomfortable bed and small bathroom, small shower and small everything. Although they have no parking, there was plenty of paid street parking most of the time. Free parking around the next block if you can find it. I didn't mind the standard key for the room, but the door seemed flimsy and not to secure. This place has potential, but..."

Real reviews from guests
"It was a very nice and clean hotel stay. The staff was very kind and helpful. It’s a very good location and price. My room had a very vintage decoration. There’s a trolly service in front of the hotel so it makes getting around easier. And I want to say a special thank you to Jorge for being very accommodating to me during my stay."
"I wasn’t sure about staying here after reading some of the reviews. We didn’t encounter any negatives. Room and common space were very clean, it was quiet, and our bed was comfortable. The historical building was charming. If you don’t want to pay $300-400 for a nothing special chain hotel and are willing to be happy with a more spare experience, this is a great value. The location is excellent."
"I’ve stayed here several times and always feel comfortable. The rooms are clean and well-equipped, and the staff is very kind and attentive. It’s not a luxury hotel, but it’s a great option for the price."
"Non-luxury, historic hotel in the heart of Coral Gables. Clean property with free, street parking around the corner. No elevator in hotel. Semi-dated rooms with remodelled bathrooms. Comfortable bed but window's AC unit gave a slightly, musty smell. Filter needs to be changed. Excellent value especially if in Miami for a concert night and don't wish to overpay nor stay in downtown/south beach but not be too far from it all. Would return."
"I stayed here for a weekend while attending an event in Coral Gables, and I enjoyed the cozy rooms and overall aesthetic of the hotel. The rooms featured modern appliances and a comfortable bed, but I found the bathroom's water pressure to be quite weak. Some things to be aware of. - There is no elevator, but the front desk staff offered help with my luggage. - Street parking in front of the building is paid, but free from midnight..."
